Thomas Lewis, 36, of Toms River, passed away on Sunday, November 25, 2012. Born in Long Branch, he lived in Toms River most of his life. Tommy was a building contractor for many years, learning the trade from his father at a young age. He was a diehard Red Sox and Denver Bronco fan. Tommy had a deep love for his family and will be sorely missed.
Surviving are his parents, William J. Lewis Jr. and Blanca Lewis; his stepmother Astra Lewis; his son Aiden; six brothers, Erik and his wife Fatma, William J. III, Kris, Kurt and his wife Clara, Daniel and Jonathan; three sisters, Aibeth Marrero, Lizbeth Mahoney and her husband Mark and Lara Lewis-May and her husband Lenny May; many beloved nieces and nephews; his companion Michelle Barreto; and his loyal dog Mika.
A Memorial Gathering will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. with a service at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main St. Toms River. Cremation is private. Condolences may be made by visiting www.andersonandcampbell.com.
