Warner, Gordon Philip – Passed peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre, with his son Ken Warner of Steveston B.C. by his side on Wednesday November 28, 2012 in his 89th year. Beloved husband of the late Trudy Warner. Dear grandfather of Candace (Howard) Kitchkeesick, Holly Mallery and Philip (Emily) Warner. Cherished great-grandpa to Jade, Makayla, Keo, Aurora, Skai, Jeffery, Mary Jane, Kaylie and Zoey. Father-in-law of Betty Baranyai (Fritz). Lovingly remembered by his dear friends Maureen (Stuart) and Morgan (Debbie). Beloved “Uncle Gordie” to Brittany (Nathan), Justin, Roy, Stephanie and Sandy. Predeceased by his brothers Ray and Nels. Gordon was a retired employee of IBM Toronto, member of the Shrine Club of the Masonic Lodge, cottaged at Balm Beach and was a one time owner of Southview Cottage’s on Rice Lake. A private family service will be held. In memory of Gord, donations may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
