Paul F. Chippendale, age 37, of Fall River, passed away at his parent’s residence surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Jayme R. (Enloe) Chippendale to whom he has been married for the past 16 years.
Born in Fall River, son of Thomas F. and Patricia J. (Mailloux) Chippendale of Somerset, he was a graduate of B. M. C. Durfee High School. He also attended Bridgewater State University and was the recipient of an associate Degree in Fire Science.
For the past nine years he has been employed as a Firefighter by the City of Fall River and was assigned to the center station Car 2 as an aide to the District Chief. A communicant of Holy Name Church, he was an active member of the Pastoral Council at Holy Name, worked on the Harvest Festival Committee and coached for the CYO. Paul also helped assist with the St. Stanislaus Parish picnic.
He was a member of the Fall River Firefighters Union Local 1314, and the Fall River Firefighters Association. A member of Lakeville Country Club, he also ran many golf tournaments.
Surviving: in addition to his wife and parents he is survived by two daughters; Jillianne M. Chippendale and Maddison D. Chippendale both of Fall River, two brothers; Lee T. Chippendale of Fall River and David J. Chippendale of Somerset, grandmother; Eleanor L. Chippendale of Tiverton, two nieces; Sarah and Julia Enloe, four aunts, two uncles and seven cousins. He was grandson of the late Leo T. Chippendale, Roger P. and Helene M. Mailloux.
His funeral will be held on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 9:00AM from the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE at CHERRY PLACE, 178 Winter St., Fall River, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00AM in Holy Name Church, 709 Hanover St., Fall River. Visiting hours Wednesday from 3:00PM to 7:00PM. In lieu of flowers contributions in his honor may be made to the Fly Foundation c/o Saulino and Silvia PC, 550 Locust St., Fall River, MA 02720.
