Patricia was a very knowledgeable person. She loved to sit in bed and read or watch the news. She was very currant with what was going on in the world. She would read about history, politics and biographies just to name a few. When she did turn her t.v. on it was normally to watch old movies or the syfy channel.
Patricia liked to take care of her house, she has lived in the same house for over 50 years. Its where she raised her family, which is a very important thing to her. She always put her family first and loved the holiday gatherings. Patricia took such pride in her grandchildren. She would be content just watching her grandchildren play in the backyard. She loved them so much, it turned her into a worry-wart. It didn't matter what the situation was if it came to her family she would worry about them. Other than her family one thing that Patricia was obsessed with was aliens. She was so drawn to them that her sister got her a large "Roswell" poster for her walls.
Patricia is preceded by her husband Roy Bryan; son Bruce Giffith; parents Guy and Rosa Simmons; brother Dillard Simmons.
She is survived by her son Peyton Bryan and wife Debra; daughter Niki Bryan; daughter-in-law Annabelle Griffith; grandchildren Peyton Bryan Jr., Alicen Griffith, Kelly Tylenda; great-granddaughter Annabelle Tylenda and her sisters Maxine Simmons and Shirley Chatham.
