She was a graduate from Roosevelt High School and was married to Roy Martin Andris on July 14, 1941. She traveled with her husband and infant daughter Royallyn "Teddi" during the early years of World War II. She returned to Fresno where she waited for her husbands return. Following the war years, she gave birth to their second child, Harry.
Harriette was a wonderful homemaker and supported her husband's family business, The Broadway Market, which later became known as Broadway Meats. Roy was in partnership with his brother, Richard Andris.
"Together Again"
She and Roy spent 66 years together where they enjoyed family get togethers, raising orchids, square dancing, sailing, and traveling with friends.
The family would like to thank the wonderful caregivers at Robin wood Inn; and Hinds Hospice for their love and support.

Harriette is survived by her brother, Frank Welch; sister, Margaret Huggett; daughter, Royallyn "Teddi" Saulsbury and her husband Robert; son, Harry Andris and his wife Darlene; grandsons Brent, Craig, and Greg; and two great-grandchildren, Brody and Sofia.
Visitation will be held at Stephens & Bean Chapel on Thursday, April 18, 2013, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
A Funeral Service will be held at Stephens & Bean Chapel on Friday, April 19, 2013, at 10:00 a.m.
Remembrances may be made to Children's Hospital Central California; or to Disabled Veteran's.
