Of San Bernardino, born October 29, 1954 and passed into Eternal Life May, 16, 2013. He was a graduate of Pacific High School class of 1972. He attended San Bernardino Valley College. Ed enlisted in the United States Navy in 1973 and served four years, he served on the USS Kitty Hawk. He is survived by his loving wife Yolanda of 34 years, son Rick, daughter Christina and two grandchildren Mia and Rick II all of San Bernardino. He is also survived by his father Antonio F. He was preceded in death by his mother Tina. He is also survived by brothers Fred of Beaumont, David of Highland, Anthony of Phelan, sister Cynthia Cruz of Highland and many uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, mother-in-law, brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws.
Ed was a Catholic and a member of St. Catherine's of Siena Church in Rialto. Ed was employed by Southern California Edison International as a Field Service Representive in Redlands. He worked for Edison for 33 years. He served as a Union Steward at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local #47. Ed was passionate in serving this position and continued his passion throughout the years.
