Born in Danbury, he was the son of Melanie Mead-Magwood of Port St. Lucie, FL. He attended Danbury Public Schools. An avid skateboarder, he also enjoyed music and cars. Davon was active at the Harambee Center for Youth in Danbury.
Besides his mother, survivors include his sisters: Charisse Lasane and Jayda Hill, both of Port St. Lucie, FL. His maternal grandparents, with whom he made his home, Edward and Ursula Mead. His paternal grandparents: Susan and Joseph Tillary of Danbury. His great-grandparents: Kenneth and Erika Newton of Danbury and Donald and Dorothy Mead of Cold Spring, NY. His uncle, Gregory Mead of Danbury. Davon touched the lives of so many people and he leaves many friends who loved him dearly.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 11am the Walnut Hill Community Church, 156 Walnut Hill Road, Bethel, CT. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends on Friday from 10am until the time of the service at the church.
