Hazel L. Cope, age 77, of Rogers, died July 5, 2013, at her home. She was born in Hamilton, Missouri, on October 7, 1935, to the late George and Bertha (Paustian) Sackman. She worked for Wal-Mart for almost 30 years and was a member of the Bentonville Freewill Baptist Church.
Survivors include her children, Loretta Terpening of Rogers, Pat Estes and husband Randy of Harrison, Betty Johnston and husband Kent of Rogers, Wayne Terpening and wife Angie of Pacific, Missouri, Purvis Cope, Jr., and wife Melissa of Pea Ridge, Ronald Cope and wife Nita, Tina McCracken, Harold Cope and wife Sandy, Darrell Cope, all of Harrison; siblings Bob Sackman and wife Jean of Booneville, Peggy Nelson of Booneville, Junior Klutts of Centerton, Kenny Klutts of Rogers, Randy Klutts of Bentonville; fourteen grandchildren, ten great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Purvis Cope, Sr.; and siblings Barbara Cunningham and Jim Klutts.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9, 2013, at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday at Benton County Memorial Park in Rogers, officiated by Doyle Ellis and Anthony Lane.
