William was born February 13, 1940, to the late Roy R. Warmack and Edith Abstein- Cox in Thomasville, Georgia. He was a member of the Leon High School Class of 1959. He retired from the Leon County Sheriff’s Department in 2005 and was the owner of Warmack Concrete Construction for 22 years. He worked for Hammons Asphalt Paving from 1965 – 1970.
William was a member of Pisgah United Methodist Church. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps Reserves from1958-1965. His greatest joy was raising his three girls and a host of their friends. He was a Master Fisherman, Master Lawn Keeper and Storyteller.
William was preceded in death by his mother, Edith Abstein- Cox; father, Roy Warmack; brother, Roy “Buster” Warmack, Jr.; sisters, Carolyn Warmack and Judy Warmack; and step-sister Judy Reichert.
William leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 53 years, Patricia “Patsy” Warmack; daughters, Debbie Kirkland, Eleanor Warmack and Cathy Warmack; grandaughters, Jillian Kirkland and Carly Kirkland; brother-in-law, Douglas Hammons; sisters-in law, Peggy Hammons and Joan "Tency"Warmack; five nephews and four nieces.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday (July 21st.) at 2:30 p.m. at Bradley’s Retreat, 9002 Bradley Road, Tallahassee 32309.
