William C. Ebell, 79, of Manchester, NJ, passed away on Wednesday July 24, 2013, at the Ocean Medical Center, Brick, NJ. Born in Chester, PA, Bill and his family lived in Randolph and Lakewood, before moving to Manchester 10 years ago. After high school, Bill joined the Merchant Marines and then went on to the Marines Corps where he was educated in electronics. He then attended Temple University. Working in broadcasting, Bill was a National Sales Director at AMPEX, President of VRI and most recently a Sales Manager for KTV in New York. With his passion of photography and nature, Bill traveled the world- Africa, Alaska and the Galapagos Islands, to name a few, capturing unbelievable images, for which he won awards.
Bill is survived by his devoted wife of 52 years, Eileen Theresa (Fisher) Ebell, his loving daughters Brenda Jean Mason and Allison May Ebell, his sisters Ruth Miller, Barbara DiSimone, and Marjorie Riddle and his two grandsons, Brady and Luke Mason.
A Memorial Service will be held at Saint Stephen's Episcopal Church, Route180 Route 539, Whiting, NJ 08759 on Saturday November 9, 2013 at 2-3:45, with an evening Pryaer to start at 4 pm.
