He was born in Arlington, MA on July 4, 1930 and was a member of the Rotary Club of Brevard.
Paul was a pioneer in Risk Management and originator of the So. Conn. Central Medical Emergency Dispatch ( (CMED), a.k.a. “911”. He retired as Chief Master Sergeant after 23 years in the U.S. Air Force.
Paul is survived by his loving wife, Kathy A. Lally; children, Paul and Arleen Lally, and Coleen Kerns;
five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother, Jack Lally; and “Mimi”, the best dog ever.
