Sally Ann Rose of West Long Branch, 78, passed away on September 10. Originally from Manhattan, Sally spent her adult life at the Jersey Shore. She was an avid traveler who enjoyed winters with her husband Zeke at their condominium in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. Her summers were reserved for days at Breakwater Beach Club and evenings with the Hot Dog Club. Sally spent more than 30 years working at Footnotes in Deal. Sally was a member of Congregation Torat El and its predecessors Congregation B’nai Sholom and Temple Beth El, where she was actively involved with the Sisterhood. A loving wife, mother, sister and loyal friend, her smile, grace, and kind deeds will be missed.
