She was born on August 6, 1976 in Springfield, MA, the daughter of Russell Chase and Carol (Cooper) Willett. She was a 1994 graduate of Monadnock Regional High School and member of the Key Club.
Samantha married Victor Ayala on April 17, 2004 in Keene.
She worked for several area businesses including TD Bank North for 10 years and most recently for Smith Medical for two years. She also had her own business selling Avon.
Samantha enjoyed knitting and crocheting often making blankets as gifts for Christmas. She wrote fiction and was a horror movie buff. She also enjoyed traveling to their timeshare in Orlando, FL and spending time at SeaWorld. Most of all, she loved her family and being a Mom.
She is survived by her husband Victor Ayala of North Swanzey and their daughter Lenina “Nina” Ayala; her mother Carol Willett of Keene; her brother Russell Cooper of Richmond; her father Russell Chase, and wife Melody, of Claremont; her half-sisters Tabitha Winship and Sheena Chase of Claremont; her father and mother-in-law Victor and Mildred Ayala, Sr., brother-in-law Martin Ayala and sister-in-law Emily Ayala all of Bronx, NY; and numerous aunts and uncles; many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Services for Samantha will be held on Monday, October 14th, 2013, 1:00 PM at Fletcher Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 33 Marlboro St., Keene, NH. (www.FletcherFuneralHome.com) An hour of calling hours will be held from 12:00 noon - 1:00 PM. Burial will follow in the family lot at Monadnock View Cemetery in Keene. Rev. Damon Anderson will officiate.
