Born in Hempstead, Long Island, NY, he was the son of Frank and Lucy (Giordano) Angiulo and was educated in the public school system there. Chris was a proud Navy veteran of World War II. After the war, his employment in a family business coincided with his marriage to Barbara Jacobs and the start of a young family in North Merrick, NY. Chris eventually owned and operated a beverage distributorship until 1977 when he and his family relocated to Manchester, NH. Prior to his retirement in 1988 he worked for T&S Vending and also worked part time as a toll attendant at the Bedford Toll Plaza.
He was married to Barbara until her death in 1988. In 1990 he married Irene Bernard of Manchester and they resided in Manchester and Lady Lake. A devoted husband and companion, Chris shared his love of life with his extended family and many dear friends. He was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He especially enjoyed playing golf and cards, gardening and cruises. A communicant of St. Peter Church, Chris was a member of the Knights of Columbus, the League of 1000 Men of the Precious Blood and the Derryfield Country Club.
He is survived by his wife Irene of Lady Lake; two sons, Christopher Angiulo and Michael Angiulo, both of Manchester; a step son, Steven Bernard of Flemington, NJ; a step daughter, Cathy Leverone of Fairport, NY; a son-in-law and daughters-in-law; eight grandchildren; two great-granddaughters; a brother, Pasquale Angiulo of Dunnellon, FL; a step sister, Angela Scully of The Villages, FL; and several nieces and nephews. He was pre deceased by his first wife Barbara (Jacobs) Angiulo in 1988 and his daughter, Patricia Faron in 1993.
There are no calling hours. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on December 21st at 10 AM in St. Peter Church, 567 Manchester Rd., Auburn. Urn burial with military honors will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Manchester. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2 Commerce Drive, Suite 110, Bedford, NH 03110. The McHugh Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
