After a long illness, Clinton Weiman, 88, died peacefully at his home in Greenwich CT on January 7, 2014. Son of Lewis and Angela George Weiman, he graduated from Princeton University and Cornell Medical School. Initially Dr. Weiman practiced medicine in New York City and then became a Senior Vice President for Medical Affairs at CitiBank from which he retired. Citi was one of the first corporations to assign senior rank to a physician. While at Citi, he began an electronic medical record system in 1982 for 14,000 employees enabling him and his staff to give more effective care. He leaves his wife, Susan Schneider Weiman, five children – Patrice, Timothy, Peter, Ellen and John, nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Friends and family will be received at the Leo P. Gallagher & Son Funeral Home, 31 Arch St., Greenwich, CT on Monday, January 13th prior to the Mass at St. Michaels Church, 469 North St., Greenwich, CT at 11AM.
