Mrs. Holly was a loving, vibrant, dependable, funny and generous person, a true “spit-fire.” She loved to perform and entertain and always loved an audience. She was known to tease her sister as well as her family mercilessly, as she believed life should be a kick and she lived life to the fullest. Everyone who met her fell in love with her. She was also known for never being without her Dunkin’ Donuts coffee.
She is survived by three daughters; Deidre Holly-Isola and her husband Stephen of Nashua, Erin Holly of Nashua and Elizabeth Takacs of Nashua, a grandson; Nicholas Isola of Nashua, a sister; June Lacovara-Marquis and her husband Robert of Nashua and also by two nieces; Demetria Lacovara and Daniele Lacovara Ferreira and her husband Frank, all of Nashua. She was predeceased by her husband, fellow performer and soul mate; John J. Holly, Jr. in 1984 and by an infant daughter; Moira.
A celebration of her life will be held during her favorite season, spring. The date will be announced by the family at that time. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed in Carol Ann’s name to Kitty Angels Inc., PO Box 638, Tyngsboro, MA 01879.
