Ida Faye Cantrell Born April 9th 1928 in Logan WV. She was born to loving parents, Ella Mae Cooper and William C Wooten. She attended high school at Wheelersburg Ohio. She loved the lord, her entire life and was a selfless giver to those she knew and loved. She left Ohio in 1981 and moved to Texas to be a dutiful mother as her late husband had wished. She helped dreams come true in Texas and worked tirelessly for 20 years at The University of Texas at Arlington, nurturing and loving not only her two sons, but sons and daughters of many, many parents. In 2006 she moved to Houston Texas and was Baptized at Lakewood church on Easter weekend 2007 along with her twin sister, Mae Titus, sister-in law, Esther Cantrell, granddaughter, Savannah Faye Cantrell and son Tony Cantrell. She moved to Warren Ohio, near her twin and younger sister Gay Garland in the summer of 2007. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Paula Cantrell of Joshua Texas. Her son Tony Cantrell of Houston Texas. Her three grandchildren; grandsons, Joshua Thor and Monte Alan, both of San Diego California and her granddaughter Savannah Faye Cantrell currently attending college in Virginia. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren along with her twin sister Ella Mae Titus of Warren Ohio, sister Gay (Bear) Garland of Leavittsburg Ohio and brother Johnny Jay Wooten of Jackson Ohio. Her two caregivers, who became daughters , Mary Fast and Patty Popielec, both of Warren Ohio. Her brother-in-law Charles Cantrell of Fairborn and many nieces and nephews all of whom she loved and loved her. Preceding her in death. Her parents and 2 sisters, Elizabeth Runyon and Billie Rae Carmichael, her sister-in-laws Etta Mae Scaggs, Evelyn Caudill and Esther Cantrell and one brother-in-law Russell Bradley. Faye will be remembered by her sweet spirit, her gentle and loving demeanor and how she ALWAYS put those she cared about, and there were many, ahead of herself through the years. She married the love of her life, Arnold E Cantrell in June 1947 and they lived their dream for the next 25 years until Arnold went to be with the Lord, far too soon. He passed on Nov 24th 1972. Now together again, they will forever be with Jesus, Praise God.
