She was blessed by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and many other loved ones.
Jerline is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Anita Wylie and husband Bill Wylie, and Audie Lawrence Pope.
From the time she was a young child Jerline had a strong love for the Lord. Her parents, Bettie and Lee Atwood, both had a strong influence facilitating Jerline’s growth and maturity in Christ. Jerline has run the good race, and fought the good fight of faith. Foremost, knowing she would be called home to rejoice in the glory of God.
Mother made a request that we as friends and family would celebrate the life that Jesus blessed her with, showing the importance of love, laughter and fellowship in honor of Jerline Pope. She said “Please do not be sad for me, instead rejoice for I am with the Lord”.
The family wishes to thank the caregivers, Kathy Poole, Isabel Mejia, Melissa Pena, Teresa Teyes, Yadira Millan, Ernesta Julia, and Rosie Ortega for all the loving care beyond measure. They are all angels to our family.
