Rosebelle Yamamoto Camacho, 81, of Grand Prairie, Texas passed away July 7, 2014. She was born in Honaunau, Hawaii on July 14, 1932. Rosabelle graduated from St. Joseph High School. While driving around one day she saw a man who was so striking that it caused her to have an accident. When the police officer came to do the report it was the same man that she was admiring. Rosabelle married David Gomes Camacho on May 14, 1953.Rosabelle worked in customer service for AMR, Sheraton Hotel and Hilo Bay Hotel. She had a passion for rose gardens and the outdoors. She was content sitting in her chair on her porch. Rosabelle enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading and dancing. She was not afraid to speak her mind and even though she lived very traditionally she always taught her daughters to be independent. Growing up in Hawaii, Rosabelle loved the water and was very good at spear fishing. As a mother herself, she made sure to always go to her children’s games and practices.Rosabelle is preceded in death by her parents Harry U. Yamamoto and Rosabella Hua; husband David Gomes Camacho, daughter Deanna Camacho, grandson Johathan Comacho, 2 siblings during the Tsunami of 1946 and brother Norman Yamamoto. She is survived by her children Adeline Carr and husband Aleric, Byron Camacho and wife Patrea, Rosalle Schroeder and husband Michael, Patricia Hayes and husband Perry; 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; brother Harry Yamamoto, sisters Adeline Neil, Joan Shaw, Edith Armstrong, Kathleen Yamamoto.Prayer Service will be held Friday, July 11, 2014 at 2pm at Bean Massey Burge Funeral Home.
