She was born to Anna and Frank Lipski in Bayonne, New Jersey, March 30, 1915. She grew up in New Jersey and moved to The Woodlands in 1980.
She was a member of Sts. Simon and Jude Catholic Church in The Woodlands. In addition to being the most loving mother, grandmother, and Gigi, Angela was an avid reader, master bridge player and accomplished seamstress. She was a volunteer at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Hospital for almost 20 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings; husband, Vincent; son, Mark; grandson, Matthew; and great granddaughter, Olivia.
Angela is survived by daughter, Christine Riedel (Arthur) Katy, Texas; daughter, Patricia Goodpastor of The Woodlands; grandson, Cody Riedel (Marie) Weston, Florida; Amy Riedel (Jeff) Katy, Texas; Christopher Goodpastor (Kelly) Austin, Texas; Sarah Goodpastor-Rice (Ken) Durango, Colorado; Faith Chonko, Austin, Texas; Jon Chonko (Jacquie) Brooklyn, New York; and five great grandchildren, Benji and Ellie Rice, Emma Mannion, Weston Riedel, Violet Goodpastor, and nephew Larry Lesho.
The family wishes to thank the staff of the Bridge to Rediscovery Unit at The Forum of The Woodlands for the compassionate care and friendship they provided Angela the past several years.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Sts. Simon and Jude Catholic Church, The Woodlands, Saturday, March 24, 2018.
The family is grateful for condolences but declines flowers or donations except for the charity of your choice in her name.
