Sharon Frances Harrington Fugle went home to be with Jesus on Monday, Feb. 5, 2018 surrounded by her loved ones, she was 63. Sharon was the beloved daughter of Josephine Caccamise and the late Norman Harrington, born on Aug. 2, 1954.
In her early life she loved being a homemaker. She liked to cook and clean, never leaving anything disorderly or unorganized. She was a fan of NASCAR, especially Rusty Wallace, and was also a fan of the Buffalo Bills.
Sharon was a fighter. As tough as her life was she never worried about herself, only about others. She loved her family and was always making sure they were taken care of and felt loved. She will always be remembered by her family as the stubborn little warrior she was, so selfless and full of unconditional love. With several brothers and sisters, Sharon leaves behind a very big family; she continuously went out of her way to make each of them feel special in her own way. She will also be remembered for her giving spirit and way of life, even in her passing she has given the gift of sight through organ donation.
Sharon is survived by her sweet mother, Josephine, as well as her dear brothers and sisters: Norman Harrington, Kathleen Harrington, Susan Collins (Gary Smith), Barbara (Gary) Metzger, Robert (Tami) Harrington, Colleen (Dan) Santasiero, and Patrick (Donna) Harrington, half-siblings Roni (Kathy) Harrington and Gregg (Kery) Harrington, a step-sister: Joni (Daniel) Markey, and soul sister Mary Olague Harrington. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews: Joanne (Jeff) Ely, Katey Harrington, Amy (Jason) Lukasik, Lisa (Cody) Freeman, Jason Harrington (Stephanie Deahn), Adam Harrington, Jesse Schmidt (Stacy Perl), John (Kellie) Schmidt, Patrick, Matthew, Jack, Neil, Beth, Carly, Cooper, Maeve and Finn Harrington, Theresa (Brad) McKernan, and Kate (Christopher) Gomes as well as her great nieces and nephews: Jaclyn Ely (Holden Heineman), Justin Ely, Alivia and Claira Schmidt, Elizabeth Harrington, Reese Lukasik, Lily Freeman, Natalie, Nathan, and Levi Schmidt, and Eliora and Macaiah Gomes, Dawson and Megan Gallagher.
