She is preceded in death by her husband, Eric J. Schuetzenhofer; father and mother, Joseph and Martha Barron (nee: Davenport); sisters, Kansas Jackson, Ethel Lee Sims, Juanita Guthrie, Lola V. Highfill, Joy Tebo and Norma Jean Barron.
She is survived by her brother, Harlan (Ruth) Barron of Marmaduke, AR; her daughters, Rita (Jim) Robinson of Traverse City, MI, Ruth (Mike) Whitelaw of Troy, IL, and Mary Lou (Vernon) McClearn of Jackson, MO; 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Lucille was a long-time member of Calvary Baptist Church in St. Louis, and later at Oak Hill Baptist in Ferguson, MO. She served the Lord faithfully as a Children's Sunday School Teacher, nursery worker, and coordinator for the Senior XYZ Group at church. Her love for God was always evident in everything she said and did. She also loved to read the Bible, sew, garden and take afternoon naps in the sunshine. She was a homemaker and, through the years, also worked at Emerson Electric, JC Penney, Stix Baer & Fuller, and Thoughtful Gift Shop.
Services: A visitation will be held at Alexander-White-Mullen Funeral Home, 11101 St. Charles Rock Road, St. Ann, MO 63074, on Saturday, March 10th, 2018, from 10 am - Noon. Funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at Noon. Interment at Mount Lebanon Cemetery of St. Ann.
