Saipiro was born July 16, 1963 to Sapuro and Nariti (Smith) Tither in Piisemwar Island, Chuuk State FSM. He had lived in Platte City, MO less than 5 years.
Survivors include his wife, Merlina K. Tither; 8 children; 28 grandchildren; 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
