Sharon Lynn (Dennison) Buchanan 76, of Peoria passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Methodist Hospital in Peoria.

She was born to Louis and Adelyn (Ruben) Dennison in Peoria, Illinois. They preceded her in death.

Sharon is survived by her husband, Robert E. Buchanan; son, Jeff (Joanne) Slepian, daughter, Julie (Jeff) Porter; grandsons, Alex Slepian, Eric Slepian, Brett Porter, Brandon Porter; granddaughters, Rachel Slepian, and Brooke Porter; sisters, Terri (Ron) Alberssen, and Diane (Steve) Freeman.

A graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m., Sunday, March 18, 2018 at Peoria Hebrew Cemetery in Peoria.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Anshai Emeth.
