LEWISTON: Linda M. Federico, 61, of Lewiston, peacefully passed away on Tuesday March 27, 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Lewiston on January 22, 1957 a daughter of the late Robert and Lorraine (Martin) Federico. Linda was the third of five children. She attended local schools before graduating from Lewiston High School and received her Associates Degree in Accounting in 2011. She worked in several fields, most recently as an office coordinator. She had two children, Kelin and Deni that were her pride and joy. She loved to spend time with family and was an avid crafter. She loved to craft with her family and her best friend Michelle. Her other love was the music of Billy Joel. She was able to cross off a bucket list item and see him twice in concert with her kids. She was also very involved with the Lewiston Police Athletic League and the March of Dimes.
She is survived by her son Kelin Sevit of Georgia, her daughter Deni Federico of Lewiston, brother David (Rocky) and wife Jackie Federico of Greene, her sister Diane and husband Ed O’Donnell of Florida, her sister Brenda and husband Chris Markee of Monmouth, as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Robert Federico, her mother Lorraine Poretta and her husband Leo, brother Dusty Federico and son Dustin. Linda’s request was that people leave their suits at home for her celebration. The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to the staff of Montello Manor for their continued care, compassion and devotion shown towards Linda in her time with them.
