Victor is survived by his wife of over 20 years, Day Boglioli; his sister, Madelyn Goble of Dover, NJ; his son, Michael and wife Karen of Dover, NJ; his step-children; Joanne Pearce of Richmond, VT, John Sabourin of Columbia, SC, Jeanne Sabourin of Columbia, SC, Judi Bean and husband Darren of Columbia, SC; his grandchildren, Kerri Bean, Matthew Boglioli, Jason Pearce, Michelle Burbo, Tyler Sabourin and Tiffany Tetreault. Victor also leaves behind 19 great-grandchildren who all adored Papa Victor, as he was affectionately known.
Victor was born on May 11, 1928 in Franklin, NJ to Victor and Ola Boglioli. He graduated from Dover High School and joined the United States Navy as a Sea Bee, serving his country for 5 years during the Korean Conflict, stationed in Guam for almost 3 years.
Victor then married Ann Marie Santucci, mother of Michael, who predeceased him. Victor had many jobs throughout his long life including a full career for the government at Picatinny Arsenal in NJ.
Victor was a kind soul who loved his family, car racing and feeding the birds that gathered at his feeders.
A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Dunbar Funeral Home, Northeast Chapel. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Victor’s life.
