He was born October 23, 1936 in Simpson, PA son of the late Joseph and Sophie (Strumski) Scotchlas.
He was a retired veteran serving in the U.S. Navy.
Frank was avid hunter and fisherman, and loved his country music. He was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church, he enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Marie on March 12, 2018.
He is survived by his daughter, Kathleen Hester, her husband Donny, and grandson Colin, of Camp Hill, sisters Louise Yavorski, Marion Gadai, Barbara Galvin, and many nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by his brother Joseph Scotchlas and sister Charolette Kluck
Funeral service will be 11:15AM, Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Neill Funeral Home, 3401 market St. Camp Hill, with visitation starting at 10:00AM. Interment will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to, Homeland Hospice.
