Patricia Doreen Caputo passed away on May 12, 2018 in Hospice care. She was the daughter of David and Clara Greening, born on April 30, 1937 in Detroit, Michigan. The youngest of 7 with a 21-year gap, she was predeceased by her parents and six siblings: Audrey, Wayne, Roy, Dave, Verna and Ray.
One of the best experiences she ever had occurred when she was afforded an opportunity to visit Scotland on Vacation. She loved the beauty of this county and of its people.
Always interested in History, she cultivated her interest in the antique business and became quite good and knowledgeable in it. Her favorite collectibles were figurines of birds and cats.
Aside from her passion for portrait painting and antiquing. Patricia loved nature and being outdoors. Fishing and going on walks, she could identify trees, flora, fish and birds readily.
Physical and mentally disabled, the last years of her life were spent in a nursing home attended by their staff and her daughter, Dawn.
She lived her adult life in Florida and in Michigan. Married and Divorced, she is survived by her many nieces and nephews, and her children: Dawn (Ken) Mullens, Dan (Renee) Caputo, Dean (April) Caputo, Dave (Jean) Caputo, Tom (Cathy) Caputo, and Tim Caputo. A grandmother of 14 and a great-grandmother of 7+, she leaves behind an expanding legacy in this world and her presence will be missed. A private Memorial Service is planned with her children.
