Eliene H. Williams was born to Otto & Lydia Mueller in Heimkirchen, Germany, on July 26, 1932. She attended school in Kaiserlautern, Germany. She came to the US in 1961. Eliene met Jim Williams, her husband of 52 years in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1964.
With her passion for high end fashion Eliene opened and owned a high end clothing store named Ballard Fashion Shop in Ballard, WA. She enjoyed dancing, singing, modeling, and being with her family. She just loved talking and meeting people as well as dressing to her fullest. She loved all her family including her animals throughout the years: Coco, Reno, Little Red, Topsy, Toro, Tina, Iris, Rosie, and Lucky Boy.
Eliene had one adopted daughter, Brenda Redding, and one daughter of the heart, Becky Perkins. She met her daughters when they were 8 and 11 years old in Snohomish, WA in 1972.
In 1984, Eliene and Jim officially adopted Brenda. It was a match made in heaven. Brenda always wanted a mother and Eliene always wanted a daughter. By this time Becky was married and had a family so she became a daughter of the heart. The memories grew from there. They became very close and loved each other with all their hearts.
She is survived by her daughters, Brenda (Cliff), and Becky (Fred), extended family members Tabitha, Kristina, Dessirae, Damein, Donny, Frances, Fred & Jake, and Jordyn.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Merrill Williams, her parents, Otto & Lydia Mueller, and her brother, Ottmar Mueller.
