So, what can we tell you about Doris?
Well, everyone who knew her enjoyed her quick wit and humorous sarcasm and she was always eager to share it with you. If you had a joke or funny story, she wanted to hear it. If you called her on the phone, you’d better find your comfy chair because the woman could talk… A LOT!
Her life was not without its fair share of achievements but we won’t bore you with an extensive list. Let’s just say that she pretty much ran the gamut. In the end, was diagnosed with cancer, which some would say she needed like she needed a hole in the head. Well, she did have a hole in the head from brain surgery so, overachiever is probably the best single word description one could use.
We love our mother, grandmother, sister, wife, aunt and friend. And we will not mourn her with sadness and sorrow. We will celebrate her with the same humor and sarcasm she gave to us for her entire life.
