Michelle was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She was a loving daughter, sister, and friend to many. She loved people and was always trying to give a helping hand to anyone she met. Michelle graduated from Jacksonville State University. She majored in Mathematics and was a school teacher for Cherokee High School and Hoover High School. She was a very gifted pianist. In Michelle’s younger years she was a very talented Tennis Player; she competed in many tournaments in South Florida.
She is survived by her loving parents, Rodney and Mahratta Kennedy; sister, Steva Brown; niece, Hazel Brown; great aunt, Joyce Wood; and many cousins, aunts and uncles whom she loved dearly.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in honor of Michelle to the Alabama Organ Center.
