Scott was born in Baltimore, Maryland to Lynn and William “Bill” Winchester White III on June 18th, 1966. He graduated from NC State University and received his Master’s and Doctorate Degrees at George Washington University. He married Beth Keough on June 29th, 1996 in Washington D.C. They raised three beautiful daughters, Ellie, Claire and Levering.
Above all else, Scott loved being with his family, Beth, Ellie, Claire, and Levering, who were his treasures. He was the anchor and rock of their family. Scott was a loving husband and he cherished spending time with his wife, Beth. He loved the time he spent with his dad, playing tennis and walking the beach. He was blessed to have his mother live on his street and was her constant support and friend. He always looked forward to seeing his brother, Chip, and talking to him on the phone. He was lucky to have two step-parents, Sandra White and Ed Philibin, who were more like parents to him. He loved his multiple nieces and nephews and all of his friends. He was loved by all who met him.
Scott is preceded in death by his grandparents, William Winchester White, Jr and Mary Ann White, Frederick and Elizabeth Eyster, and his father-in-law, James Pellettieri.
