Lifschultz, Albert I CW4, US Army retired, born 8 January 1927 to Gustave and Rose Lifschultz in Irvington, NJ. Graduated Central High School, Newark, NJ and Pratt School of Business, NYC with a degree in Business Administration.
Grew up working in the family business, Clinton Manor Caterers, Clinton, NJ and Terrace Garden Hotel in Hunter, NY.
Served in the US Army through three wars – WWII, Korea, and Vietnam going from Private to Chief Warrant Officer 4 and still had time for a stage career in musical comedies and racing sports cars as an owner-driver for NASCAR.
He was an owner of Barnes Auto Parts in Irvington, NJ and 1001 Auto Parts, Woodbridge, NJ and East Brunswick, NJ.
Mr. Lifschultz was married to Mimi Benzell (deceased), Zara Kotner (deceased), and Renee Lightman for 42 years (deceased). He is survived by his current wife, Mildred Roth Lifschultz, a daughter and three grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Big Al will take to heaven with him the love of his many friends in Florida, NJ, NY, and Pennsylvania, Gamblers Anonymous, and the military.
