Lee Talbott, 85, of Lancaster went home to his Lord and Savior on Monday, July 2nd, 2018 at Fairfield Medical Center.
Lee was born July 31, 1932 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Dwight and Martha (Thompson) Talbott. He was a long time member of the First United Methodist Church and Masonic Lodge 57.
Lee served as a machinist in the US Navy on the USS Salisbury Sound AV-13) seaplane tender during the Korean War.
Lee was an amazing Husband, Dad, Grandpa, and Friend. He never knew a stranger. In his final days he was able to enjoy the love and support of family and friends.
He is survived by sons, Todd (Judy) Talbott, Bruce (Joyce) Talbott, daughter Trisha (Jim) Storts; grandsons Nate (Beth) Talbott, Wes (Lillie) Talbott, Jeremy (Heather) Talbott, Eric Talbott; granddaughter Kaylie Storts (fiancé Tyler West); great grandsons Logan Talbott, Cayden and Austyn Talbott; sister-in-law Joyce Patton; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife Roena, his parents, brother-in-law Gary, and nephew Jeff.
Funeral Services held on Friday, July 6th, 2018 at 11:00am at HALTEMAN-FETT & DYER FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Cheryl Foulk officiating. Viewing by friends and family on Thursday 2-4:00 pm and 6-8:00pm and ONE HOUR PRIOR to the service on Friday.
