Josephine Gullo, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away on July 4, 2018 at the age of 92. She liked to laugh and joke and was always happy. Her creativity was many; a talented watercolor artist with showings in art galleries, a skilled seamstress sewing a dress in a day to wear that evening. She also played the violin and sang in the church choir. In her later years she decided to pursue an Associates Degree and went to Kingsborough College, in Brooklyn, NY taking the bus to classes. With her degree, she became an Activities Associate at a nursing home in Brooklyn. Josie was a skilled scooter driver. Not having a car she drove her scooter around Stuart with her grandson, Armond, on the scooter. There was a newspaper article in the Stuart newspaper about her escapades on that scooter. She loved hummingbirds. Josephine was so happy when she was exploring the world. She went on a cruise with her friends and had the time of her life. She was always up for an adventure. Josie is survived by her children Genie, Frank and Robert, her grandchildren Nicole, Michael, Victoria, Alexandra and Armond, and great-grandchild Frankie. She will be forever missed. A Celebration of Life will be on Sunday, July 8, 2018 at 1:00PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Vitas Community Connection:1901 South Congress Ave. – Ste. 420 Boynton Beach, FL 33426.
