To know Gary was to love him, he never met a stranger. He possessed a dedicated work ethic and often show cased his go-getter mentality through his work. Gary worked as a repairman for over 15 years, on small engine repairs. He had a passion for cars, especially classic cars, traveling with friends, and spending time with loved ones. His true love was the one he shared with those 5 kids. He was a loving brother, uncle, brother-in-law, and true friend. He will truly be missed and remembered by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by both parents: Billy and Barbara (nee Hensler) Harrison.
Surviving to cherish memories are his siblings: Tim (Melanie) Harrison, Sheila (Kevin) McCarver, Nancy (Jacques) Sucic, and Mary Harrison, his nieces and nephews: Robert, Joseph, and Curtis Harrison, Jimmy, Jacyln, Joshua, Jacob, and Jesus Payne, special friends that were more like family, Kathy (David) Weaver-Johnson, Yvonne Mann, Kellsie (Josh) Roth, Courtnie, Justin, and Evans Weaver, Brielle Cundiff, and Kellsie and Josh’s children, Troy and Sullivan, and a dear number or relatives and friends.

Funeral Service: Funeral Services will be held immediately following visitation at 12:00 pm. Interment to take place at Lake View Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Fairview Heights, IL 62208.
