Albert G. Hadad, passed from this life on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 in Lubbock, TX. He was born on January 17, 1934 in Los Angeles, CA. He was a long time resident of Albuquerque, NM, also residing in San Diego, CA and Coos Bay, OR.
Albert was a loving, caring man with a big heart. He raised 2 daughters and later a step-granddaughter. He also helped raise 4 step-sons. Albert was part of the National Guard reserves and worked with military tanks during his career there. He worked for the telephone company, Western Electric, for many years until his retirement. He and his wife, Dorothy, had a small ranch in Oregon where they played for many years before moving to Albuquerque, NM. He loved classic cars and owned a 1932 Chevy for a portion of his life. His brother Phillip and he worked on many classic cars at his brother’s residence in San Diego.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George Hadad and Elva Mae Sadiasa; brothers, Phillip and Wayne Sadiasa; and step-son, Timothy Wilmesherr.
Albert is survived by his wife, Dorothy; sister, Pat Anderson; daughters, Deborah Guffey and Jeannie Weber and husband, John Boone; step-sons, Robert Wilmesherr and wife, Carol, Kenneth Wilmesherr and wife Denise, and Leonard Wilmesherr and wife Bonnie; grandchildren John Boone Jr, Katlin, Erin, and Eric; step-granddaughter Kasandra and husband, Clayton; great-granddaughter Ellie; step-great-granddaughter Kaylee.
