Her family will receive friends for visitation on Friday evening at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Attalla from 5 to 7 P.M.
There will be no public funeral service- According to Pat’s wishes, she will be cremated and a private scattering ceremony will be held by her loved ones at a later date.
Pat spent the majority of her working career as a Registered Nurse, caring for patients in many local nursing homes, hospitals and dialysis locations. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, she was the rock of the family and will be greatly missed. Pat was happiest in the peace and quiet of her home amongst her loved ones and pets.
In honor of her love for all creatures great and small, the family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Etowah County Humane Society or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in memory of Pat.
