Our sweet father, son, brother and friend to many, traveled at the speed of light from this "dimension" to the “Emerald Celestial City” Jason style, and was reunited with his father, sister and grandparents.
Jason enjoyed nature and all of its beauty and it was reflected often in his many videos and pictures he would post on Instagram. He had mastered life as living as a minimalist and took great pleasure in loving the things money can’t buy. He absolutely loved being outdoors in nature, hiking the trails to the hidden treasures in “my mountain”, being compass free, rainbows, sunsets, lightning storms, cloud objects, rain, the grass under his feet, breathing clean air, collecting rocks, frequency, energy, vibration and light. He was fascinated with Nikola Tesla, light bulbs, physics and experimenting with his tesla coil.
One of his favorite things was to cook ribeye steaks in his cast iron skillet and present it well accompanied by all sorts of garnishing, and of course, posting numerous pics of his masterpiece. He had a very kind soul who saw goodness in everyone and everything. He loved his mother very much and the two of them were very close and definitely had that mother/son bond. Jason had a very special bond with his sisters and they spoke daily. Jason’s daughters were the light of his life. He loved and cherished every moment they spent together. Everyone loved Jason and his quirkiness and his ability to talk and talk and talk. He was kind, funny and full of amazing crazy ideas.
He followed in his dad’s footsteps and joined the Army National Guard 19th Special Forces where he went on to receive an honorable discharge. He also served four tours in the Middle East for his country. Shortly after, he was employed by the Department of Homeland Security as a federal agent.
He is survived by his mother Leslie Wignall, sisters Shannon Youngblood, Tara Page (Coby), daughters Marquel and Ella, ex-wife Tiffany, many nieces and nephew, aunts, uncles, and his beloved dog George who never left his side and who is deeply heart broken.
Preceded in death by father, Gordon C. Youngblood, sister, Danielle and many grandparents.
Jason has touched the lives of many and he will be missed by all.
In lieu of flowers, do what Jason would do and find peace and enjoyment in the beauties nature has to offer.
“I love nature, it reminds me of what is real and alive because of the breaths of life we share. Nature reminds me of how free we all are. Nature is what I love.” – Jason Youngblood.
