Jack Boardman, age 82, of Middlefield, OH. Beloved husband of the late Marjorie; loving father of Kenneth, Donna Muniz, Pamela (James II) Morris, and Sean; and devoted grandfather of four. Family and friends will gather for a Celebration of Life Service at 1:00 pm, Saturday, August 25, 2018 at Middlefield United Methodist Church, 14999 S. State Ave., Middlefield, OH 44062. A memorial luncheon at the church will follow.
