Frances Murrell Lynch

A visitation for Frances Murrell Lynch will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2018, at 10 a.m. at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 11:30 a.m. at Forest Park East. Officiating will be Brother Gary Knighten.

Frances Murrell was born in Cedar Grove, LA on September 13, 1913 to Thomas and Virginia Landrum and she went to be with her Lord on September 8, 2018. She was a member of Church of Christ North.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Louis B. Lynch; her son, Jerry Lynch; and her daughter, Virginia Hickman.

Frances Murrell was a homemaker and became a very talented seamstress. She worked professionally as a seamstress at Norris Clothiers and Friend, Piper and Mulkey. She also enjoyed quilting and crocheting.

Left to cherish her memory are her son, Louis B. Lynch, Jr. and daughter, Frances Boyter; grandchildren, Michael Boyter, Stuart Boyter, Cindy Riley, Scott Hickman, Julie Hill, and Debra Lynch; many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; her brother, Gene Landrum; and her sister, Mildred McKinney.
