Cleo was raised in Superior, Wisconsin. She went to work in 1961 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane, Washington till her retirement in 1992. She was a ward secretary on an oncology wing called 7 South. Member of the hospital employee choir and performed all those 31 years for the hospital variety show and fundraiser. Cleo’s passion in life was her love of music and sports, especially baseball. Dad and she were season ticket holders for the Spokane Indians. As for music she also was a supporter of the Spokane
Symphony. Collected antique and ancient coins and loved working in her garden.
