Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Gus Lindeman and Vera Mae Summerfied Lindeman, twin brother, Billy Joe Lindeman, and sister, Ardie Mae Lindeman Montgomery.
Bobby was born in Bartlett, Texas on January 12, 1932. He attended school there where he completed the eighth grade. He enlisted in the Air Force November 19, 1952 and served until he was honorably discharged as Airman First Class Petroleum Supply Specialist on November 18, 1956. He remained in the reserves until 1959. Bobby was awarded the National Defense Service and Good Conduct Medals. Upon leaving the military he began a life-long love of truck driving for over 50 years across the United States.
Bobby is survived by his children, Rickey Lindeman (wife Anne), Susan Kemp, Leonard Lindeman (wife Katheryn JoAnne), Carol Aragon, and Tony Lindeman (wife Stacy); his niece, Gloria Faye Karkoska who was more like a sister; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and family friends.
A memorial will be held on Saturday October 13, 2018 from 1pm-3pm at St. John Lutheran Church in Bartlett, TX
