Rena Bryant flew with the Angles on October 22, 2018. She was born in Seymour Missouri but lived in Washington and had a home in PeEll for over 50 years.
Rena was the mother to ten children, Bill (Louise), Wilma (Henry) Drevniak, Jimmy (Jeannie), Doyle (Carol), Jerry (Faye), Lyle, Tommie (Penny), David (Cathy) Danny, Joyce Prior (Steve). She was the loving Grandmother to 27 Grandchildren, 43 Great Grandchildren, and 30 Great, Great Grandchildren. She loved each and everyone equally and took so much pride in her family. She made baby quilts by hand and most of the grandbabies have a memento to cherish.
Rena was preceded in death by her husband, James of which they were married for almost 37 years, her sons Billie and Danny, and her grandchildren, Tom, Troy, Sheila, and Janice.
Rena loved to garden and be a homemaker. She was an excellent cook and taught her daughters and granddaughters the joys of making pies, cookies, and other dishes shared by all. She worked at the PeEll Schools in the kitchen where she was known as Mrs. Bryant but also as Grandma to many children who went to school there. She traveled to various locations in the United States but was also blessed to have made it to the Holy Land as well.
A Celebration of Rena's life will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 27th at Sticklin Funeral Chapel in Centralia.
