After raising her family, Karon took great pride in returning to school and earning her teaching credential. While working at Visalia Adult School, she made long lasting friendships with her coworkers and touched the lives of many students.
Her greatest joy came from her family. Karon was often found on the golf course with her husband and friends, visiting the family cabin at Shaver Lake, or enjoying the Central Coast. She loved hosting family gatherings and decorating for the holidays. She never missed an opportunity to be involved in her children and grandchildren's lives. Her granddaughters, Skylee and Kalia were able to experience a lifetime of memories in the time they had with her. Her love and guidance will be with us all forever.
She will also be missed by Harlem, her four-legged friend that brought her so much joy! Karon is survived by her husband, Keith; daughter, Stacia; son, Nathan and his wife Heather; granddaughters, Skylee and Kalia; her mom, Christine; brother, Raymond; sister-in-law, Linda; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Ray and brother, David.
Private services were held, she will be greatly missed.
