Born - Beverly Ann Black, Roanoke Virginia on June 21st, 1930 - Beverly was the only daughter of Leonard C. Black and Ruth Wagner Black.
Beverly graduated from Jefferson High School in 1948 and started her career as a book keeper for a local business and later, the college of VPI. She was eventually married on November 25th, 1955 in Roanoke Virginia to Howard Ray Jeter.
Beverly was a kind and generous person, a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, as well as an active member in the Baptist Church choir. She often devoted her time to various types of charity work for the church but loved knitting caps for newborn children in need the most. She will be greatly missed.
Beverly is survived by her son James Michael Jeter (engaged to Maria), her son Mark Alan Jeter and her son Matthew Kevin Jeter (Paula) with their two children Caroline Nell Jeter and Matthew Randolph Jeter.
