Christine V. Otwell, 93 of Texarkana, TX passed away Saturday, November 3, 2018. She was born on January 30, 1925 in Prescott, AR. Mrs. Otwell was a Pentecostal and had been active in her husband's ministry. She retired after 21 years as Supervisor of the School Patrol.
She was preceded in death by one son, Randy Otwell.
Survivors include her husband J C Otwell of Texarkana, TX: one son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Millie Otwell of Denton, TX: one daughter and son-in-law, Toni and Mike Larey of Texarkana, AR: four grandchildren, Sandy Orange of Austin, TX, Tina Kauppila of San Antonio, TX, Heath Larey of Texarkana, AR and Lauren Cross of Texarkana, AR also six great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 2:30pm Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at East Memorial Chapel-Moores Lane. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm Monday, November 5, 2018 at the funeral home.
