His parents, Beatrice (Sprague) and Ralph C. Warner, Sr. proudly welcomed their son into the world on March 10, 1959 in Keene, NH.
A very hard worker, Rick worked with Harrisville Design Company in Harrisville, NH and also with Hamshaw Lumber Company in Keene. He was skilled with his hands and could always be found tinkering with machines, repairing lawnmowers, and working on various woodworking projects.
He also enjoyed hunting and fishing. However, his favorite pastime was the special memories he created with his family, especially his grandchildren.
He will be greatly missed by many, especially his four children, Michael J. Warner of Keene, Holly E. Warner of Winchester, Kathryne G. “Katy” Warner of Pleasant Valley, NY, Angela M. Warner of Keene; his mother, Beatrice Warner, of Nelson; a brother, Glenn W. Warner and his wife, Justine, of Keene; three sisters, Colleen M. Warner and her fiancé, Jim Jenna, of West Chesterfield, NH, Janet L. Warner and Jean M. Warner, both of Nelson; many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members; and his longtime friends, Artie Johnson and Andy Jackson, both of Winchester. Rick was predeceased by his father, Ralph C. Warner, Sr.; two brothers, Ralph C. Warner, Jr. and James L. Warner; and Michele Auclair who he loved as a sister.
Graveside services and burial in the Village Cemetery, Nelson, will be held in the spring at a date and time to be announced.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mr. Warner’s memory to the American Diabetes Association of New England, 260 Cochituate Road, #200, Framingham, MA 01701.
