She was born November 30, 1932, in Grayslanding, Pennsylvania, to parents Edward and Mildred (Guy) King. Phyllis was a devoted homemaker and loyal friend. She was a private person who liked to watch game shows and cheer on the Cleveland Indians and Pittsburgh Steelers. Phyllis also enjoyed her trips to local casinos with family and friends.
Phyllis is survived by her daughters: Nioma (Jim) Klewer of Raleigh, North Carolina, and Bev (Dan) Kinter of Port Charlotte, Florida; her grandchildren: Bob Bryner, Matthew Klewer, Dan Kinter, Bryant (Julia) Klewer, and Steven Kinter; her great-grandchildren: Robert, Haily, Caden, Maddy, Kendra, Tinsley, Chelsea, Riley, and Miles, as well as her sisters Helen Bowser, Dee Martinko, and her brother Walter (Maxine) King.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert Livingston, her brothers Eddie and Albert King, and her sister Betty Bowser.
Cremation has taken place. Friends and family are invited to celebrate Phyllis’ life on Thursday, November 29, 2018, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna. Final resting place will be with her husband at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
