Kevin graduated from Brookline High School. He then enlisted in the Army where he served in Korea. After serving he then went on to get his bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts. Kevin married Eleanor Lachman West on November 11, 1976 and they were married for 42 years. Kevin worked for the Lake Worth Police Department for 17 years, starting as an Officer, then promoted to Sergeant. Kevin received numerous awards and commendations through the Lake Worth Police Department, including being named Palm Beach County DARE Officer of the Year, State of Florida’s Top Ten DARE Officers, the Medal of Valor and the Life Saving Award.
During his free time, he loved watching the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox, became an accomplished stain glass artist, and loved his “furry kids” very much. In previous years, he and his wife enjoyed spending time traveling in their motorhome all over the country.
Kevin will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Eleanor Conry, daughters; Cindy (Steve) Ralph, Caitlin Conry and Kyle (Robbie) Gonzalez, son, James (Melissa) West, grandchildren; Jenny and Jessica Ralph, Madison Parent, Nicolas and Zoë Gonzalez, great grandchild, Jaida Ralph and many extended family and friends. Kevin is predeceased by his father, Charles Conry, mother, Irene Malley Conry, brothers; Dennis Conry, Charles Conry Jr. and Michael Conry.
